05/05/2008 -- New Paintings Reflect Oregon's Landscape At Silver Heron Gallery
The Silver Heron Gallery in Depoe Bay opened its spring exhibition season with its annual Wooden Boat show continuing to May 31. This show features the work of Wei Tai, Charles Pabst, Janne Matter, and Nosivad. From April 26 to June 5, artist Cecy Turner's newest collection of "An Oregon Reflection" will be on display. The recognizable Oregon landscape images reflect the love that she developed for the area during her show last October. As a follow up to her recent Madonnas exhibit, Cathy Locke returns for a special three-day event from June 6-8. Her latest series titled "Soul Landscapes" features abstract images of the human existence. An artist's reception will be on June 6. Colorful glass seashell sculptures buy Michael Cohn and Molly Stone will kick off the She Sells Sea Shells event this spring. « Back to All News |
